Return is free of charge, under specific conditions:
NOOVA has a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, you must ship it back within 14 days from the delivery date. Once the return is received at our warehouse and verified for compliance, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the process.
